Thank you for you interest in our work!  The following are our terms and conditions of our sales.

Sales:
Payment for items purchased are due in full at the time of sale.

Custom Orders:
For all custom orders, we require 50% down at the time of order and the remaining balance upon delivery.

Consignment:
For sales on consignment pieces, we require payment immediately upon sale of the item.

Shipping:
Terms and conditions of shipping, including charges, will be negotiated at the time of orders and are due upon delivery.

Scheduling:
Our goal is to fill our orders as they are received.  We will make every effort possible to meet schedules set at the time of your order.


Unless otherwise noted, Chance Design reserves the right to all custom designs and the use of those images.
